The growth of infrastructure development from various service providers was lagging behind the fast growth of vessels calling Fujairah and Khorfakkan awaiting final passage to AG. The waiting time was intended to be utilized for completing services, surveys and repairs. Inadequancy of a full fledged safety equipment service station came apparent. The house nautical and technical expertise was utilized to set up safety equipment service station inside Fujairah Port to meet offshore demands in compliance with requirements of local and international bodies, US Coast Guard and UAE Civil Defense.
This service is certified by members of IACS, Federal Transport Authority (FTA) UAE and Civil Defense. While priority is given to servicing marine requirements, especially for vessels calling of UAE Ports and Dry Docks in UAE, our safety equipment services are extended to Oil Terminals as well.
The station has been functional since 1988 and fully supported by Technical Services Dept. having a full-fledged workshop in the same premises. Services are performed in compliance with IMO & Accredited IMS (Integrated Management System) Guidelines.

- Service, Repair & Certification of Breathing Apparatus, EEBDs, Resuscitators, Medical Oxygen Set etc.
- Inspection & Certification of Lifeboats, Davits, and Launching Appliances.
- Inspection & Certification of Lifting Gears such as Grabs, Cranes, Ladders, Gangways, Slings, Wire Ropes etc.
- Inspection & Certification of Foam Systems Onboard (Sample Collection, Foam Sample Lab Analysis and Proportionate Test).
- Inspection & Certification of Breathing Air Compressor and Air Quality Test.
- Inspection, Fabrication, Testing & Certification of Hoses.
- Refilling of Medical Oxygen, CO2, N2, Oxygen & Acetylene, Dry Chemical Powder, Foam & Lifeboat Air Cylinders.
